This on-demand webinar will explain how immune responses are initiated, and how vaccines are designed to take advantage of that to provide protection from subsequent infections. The webinar discusses the steps and mechanisms involved in immune activation, the ways in which the immune system surveys for infectious organisms, how memory responses are formed and how secondary (memory) responses differ from primary immune responses. Vaccine deign, registration, and manufacture will also be discussed. Earn 1 hour of CE credit by participating in this webinar.
