Student Chapters
The American Association of Feline Practitioners has established Student Affiliate Chapters at schools of veterinary medicine throughout North America. Through these chapters, we introduce veterinary students to the goals and objectives of the Feline Practitioner's Association and help interested students augment their learning in feline medicine and surgery.
Student chapters work toward these goals by offering lecture programs to chapter members and other students interested in feline topics and performing community service activities.
On Jan 31, 2010 the University of California, Davis, Feline Medicine Club held it's 28th Feline Medicine Symposium. Dr. Marybeth Rymer of the membership committee represented AAFP with a display of AAFP Journals, literature and web site.
